I would like to take a moment out of my travels to discuss the recent passing of Steve Jobs. I have to say that while I knew he had cancer, I didn't think at all that he was going to go any time soon. Jobs has been such an integral part of our culture in this day and age, and has given the world of technology a limitless world of possibilities. While I am a strong supporter of Bill Gates, and all that he has done not only with the invention of the PC but also with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, I have to say that Jobs was one of my personal hero's. I respect everything that he did in his career and had hoped one day to meet him. I watched keynote presentations that he gave on various new technology. I researched him just for fun. I really respect everything that he has done for the world of innovation. It was an unfortunate passing and a sad one at that; however, his legacy will live on forever. He is definitely one of the most recognizable men of my generation and it is sad to think that his time was cut so short.
Rest In Peace Steve Jobs you will forever be missed. <3
